Kennet Care offers residential children’s homes catering for the needs of young people between the ages of 8 and 17 years old.

We aim to create a nurturing environment that is safe and supportive, enabling young people to recover from past life experiences and grow to achieve their full potential.

We offer a warm and caring atmosphere to a young person or siblings, who, for whatever reason are unable to live within their own families. Wherever possible admissions and discharges will be in a planned way to accommodate and work with young people as long as is necessary to achieve the best outcome for their future.

The adults have an excellent understanding of each child’s risks and vulnerabilities. The adults in the home support the children to understand the risks that they face, while working hard to reduce the level of risk.
